We usually dispatch within 2–4 working days. Delivery takes 5– 17working days depending on your location. Delays may happen due to courier or weather issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
We don’t offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
To request a replacement, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with parcel opening video.
6. Custom Orders
Customized products (like name bracelets or Morse code jewelry) are made on request and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Gifting & Packaging
Gift hampers are non-returnable. Hampers are packed with love, and we try our best to keep them secure — but no replacements for minor cosmetic damage to packaging.
